● Well worth the splurge at Bar Hemingway at @ritzparis Be prepared for a long wait time unless you get there at opening time (5:30pm) and yes, the cocktails are really 35 euro. But they are really good, fairly large AND you get a rose to make you feel extra fancy. The coolest part of all is that you are in the same tiny bar that Hemingway himself often frequented inside one of the most luxurious hotels in the world.
