We offer Free Economy Shipping for purchases over $99. Typical ship time will be 5-8 days from placing your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking when available.

We want you to really love your Travel Trove purchase! If you change your mind for any reason, you may initiate a return for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of your purchase date. Please note that you are responsible for arranging
and covering the costs of return shipping with a reliable courier.

Unfortunately, we can only offer free returns if you cover the cost to ship the item safely back to us in its original packaging and condition. Any items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or clearly used cannot be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us below within 14 days of your purchase date to receive a return address and instructions. Unfortunately, after 14 days your item is final sale and the return cannot be accepted.

Once the package has arrived back to our warehouse, please allow up to one week for us to process the return and issue the refund to the original form of payment or store credit if you prefer. Once issued, refunds typically take up to five business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit institution. We'll refund the original form of payment as soon as we receive and process the return package.

Most of our items are one-of-a-kind and made by hand. This means you’re the only one who will have one just like it, but it also means it won’t be perfect since it’s not made by a machine. Keep in mind that the nature of a handmade piece is to have irregularities in size, color, and style. Variations like rug sizes varying several inches per side are normal characteristics of handmade rugs, and not considered defects. We like to call them perfectly imperfect! Every piece has been thoroughly inspected to ensure our high quality standards are met and photographed in the best light to most accurately reflect the true nature and coloring.

Keep in mind that our rugs are either vintage (so have been around a while!) or they are loomed in rural Morocco, so they may have a slight smell when you receive it. Rest assured, it will go away within a few days as the rug has time to air out and adapt to its new surroundings.

Care for your rugs by vacuuming on a low setting and spot clean if necessary with mild soap + water. Rug pads are recommended to keep rugs in place and corners flat.
